Jester is our oops child. He is the product of an accidental breeding between a precocious yearling, Fafnir, and
our broodmare, Kiana, who decided she wasn’t quite ready for retirement after all. To top it off, Jester was born on
April Fool’s day!! However, just because he was an accident doesn’t mean he doesn’t have everything you would want
in a partner. Jester spent a couple of years being the “trail ride horse” before starting his dressage career.
He is calm and easy to ride, but also has a beautiful, lofty trot and a lovely canter. And he LOVES to jump!
We haven’t jumped him much under saddle, but Jester regularly jumped from pasture to pasture until we raised all of our fences
from 4” to 5” in an effort to keep him where he was supposed to be. If you are looking for the perfect, all-around horse for
a young rider or small amateur, it is definitely worth looking at Jester.
Please call any time to set up a time to come visit Jester.
